Hi flying, theres a good list of websites out there i think, but I just normally go to PC and relate to a lot of the posters in the forum, but i know this really good youtube video that is dead on at describing my BPD and i think it would help people who doesnt have BPD get a general idea of it. Heres the link
though it might be triggering to some people out there because there is 1 picture of someone having SI.

The book "get me out of here" by rachel reiland is great, if your sister is interested in knowing more about what the internal experiences are like.

As your therapy helps you, it may also help your relationship with your sister.

I think you are brave. I would not attempt to try to explain to my siblings, because I think it would just lead to more misunderstandings and inability to truly 'get it'.
But I wish you the best of luck!
