so today was going well... therapy went great and i'm making some huge strides...
until i went to soccer and while trying to save a goal i fell hard into the splits bounced back up curled into a ball and screamed...
my team carried me off the field and took me to the hospital i tore my hamstring in a couple places and am in excrutiating pain... there is nothing i can do other than rest and ice and crutches for a week... ever since ive been home i keep tripping and screaming in pain my dog (was abused before i got her) and is scared of the crutches... i coudlnt' find shorts that fit over the ice and tensor ... i had no ice and had to go knocking on other apts doors ... its just one things after another... i feel so overwhelmed and frustrated and in pain i keep crying just because i'm so frustrated...

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Oh, man, zema! That sounds so overwhelming. Can you call one/some of your teammates or other friend to come help get you organized/situated or maybe take the dog for a week or two, etc.?
