It's okay that you deleted the post, Swingbeatnik, but I just wanted to let you know that there's no way that you're "nothing". I really get how you might feel that way sometimes . . . or most of the time, but mental illness has a tendency to shake us to our core . . . . and that's a painful place to be. One thing I've come to realize over the years, is that I do exist and I am lovable and worth care and compassion . . . But I also know that keeping that belief alive every day, minute and second isn't always easy! Take care of yourself.

(((((swingbeatnik)))))) I'm here for you. You are not alone in your feeling. I can say that you are not nothing. You may feel it, but you are NOT nothing. Post later if you can.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
