I have so much to say to you about what you have expressed in your threads, but I am not able to find the right words as I am so literally worried about you!
You have every right to be an 'attention seeker'! Keep seeking attention until you get it. Try to keep it focused on getting help through verbal communication like you are doing!!
(Maybe you and your psyche could talk to the ER psyche ward head at this nearby hospital and get them to understand how serious it is when someone comes to them for help?! And, let them discuss it with the ER dept! It would not only help you...but others as well.)
You deserve the help you need. Hang in there and keep us in your thoughts too!

tried again. f*cking useless. I'm not answering any calls. I'll be fine. on my own.

I'll loose my mind, on my own, I'm fine.
