Today I am sneaking off to another city to see a new psychiatrist (not T). I am sneaking because she does not take insurance and I can pay a bit but my H is mad and doesn't want me to go, mostly due to expense. Also I am not supposed to drive that far. Also I don't need more doctors; I just need to exercise and quit having such a bad personality. The "B" in borderline, to me, means I have a bad personality and everyone knows this. Maybe a new doctor will tell me to shape up and charge me a lot of money.

Or maybe this T will be the support you need. It sounds like you could use a good person in your life to validate your feelings.

Because you my friend, DO NOT have a bad personality, you DO NOT need to "just" exercise and lastly you DO NOT need to shape up. You need to heal, learn new behaviors and have support. Lots of support.

So, I hope this new T, that your sneaking off to see... is worth every penny and your husband can... suck it! lol.
Thanks for this!
