So I am trying to do some self help exercises. My biggest problem with BPD is identity loss. I have no idea who I am. I like too many things...er...I think I like too many things. I am not even sure if I REALLY DO like most of these things I (may) like. -sigh-

I have been writing down the things I like based on what I have liked for LONG periods of time. Permanent likes. Things that haven't changed. Because I have many changes in what I value and what I like/dislike ALL the time. D: I find it useful to do this because it keeps my mind a bit more organized. It seems kind of silly now that I put it on here. -_- Oh well.

Have any of you done any exercises to help you with identity issues? If so, PLEASE share. <3 I can't afford a T right now...so I am just trying to help myself while I can.
