So I am really thinking that I have BPD. After researching for 5 hours, everything is becoming a little clearer. I really want to see a psychologist. The only problem is my parents won't pay. Is there any advice for me to take the next step? Any alternatives. Please help. I really just want to get better. I ruined my relationship with my parents and boyfriend and teachers because they all think I'm just to dramatic and I don't know what to say to them. Please help. Thank you.

Why won't they pay? Its usually the same price as primary care doctors with insurance. Is there any way you can pay for treatment?

Research DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), its the most successful form of treatment for BPD. There's books and workbooks you can get to help yourself.

My school counsellor sent me. Maybe you could start by talking with him/her and see what a child does in your situation.

Thanks you guys. My parents won't pay because they say I'm not worth it/they don't love me enough. But this helps so much(:
