As most people with mood disorders, I have been feeling really down during this holiday season. Physically I have been coping with kidney stones and bad arthritis, mentally with BPD and Bipolar. I take minimum meds, just Wellbutrin and Clonipin. I gained way too much weight with other meds. Anyway, yesterday I saw a 15 minute video of my little granddaughter in my daughters belly. She is 5 months pregnant and this video was so clear and cute it brought tears to my eyes.

My mental problems have taken away so much, my friends, a bunch of my family, and my hope. Well, the little one gave me back some of that hope this holiday season.

Hold onto that hope, Lonely46!!

Perhaps you can make copies of your granddaughter in-uterus, to keep yourself looking at the positive side of life? Such a beautiful time of life! Thank you for bringing back my memories.

That's wonderful Lonely! I'm sorry that you've been down and feeling sick physically but I'm so happy to hear that something has given some light back into your life! Like Shez said, hang onto it! precious moments are too few and far between sometimes to let them go!

Ohhhhh...that is so wonderful that your daughter shared that with you! Not sure if you have any other grandchildren but what a gift to be a grandma! Congratulations and hang in there.
