Is anyone else having what feels like the hardest week/two weeks of their life? I feel sooo unstable and I am almost scared. I keep crying about almost everything, I can't get these bad thoughts out of my head once they come in, I keep dwelling on things that upset me that I don't even know are real or not (mainly thoughts of other ppl's I am assuming they are having). I am at a total loss. any ideas on how to make it the rest of the day?

(((epiphany))) I'm sorry you're having such a tough week!!

What makes you feel better? Music? Movies? Sleeping? Taking a bath? Do something that makes you feel comfort. But try to pick something healthy. Drinking 20 beers would probably not help in the long run, if ya know what I mean.

Do you see a doc? Maybe you can call him/her and talk things over with them. Maybe there's something s/he can suggest.

Take care of yourself.
