I'm sorry you're upset; I totally get it. Do something to try to take your mind off of it for now...something distracting. Maybe you didn't do as bad as you think. Wait until you get them back and then devise a strategy to do better next time. I know it's much easier said than done, but try not to let it destoy your day and your weekend. There's nothing you can do about it now.

I'm sorry your feeling this way. And that you failed.

You have a lot going on with your health right now. And a lot of other issues to deal with. By what I've read in here.

I know it's hard when you feel like you have failed. But it's not the end. Maybe you could reset them?

Maybe trying to focus on your getting help for your emotions, would be something that would help.
Rather then putting yourself under more pressure?

Your mental health and happiness is more important then any paper.

I just want to say I'm sorry if I'm talking about stuff I don't know nothing about. I clearly going on what you have just written.

Just remember trying is never a fail. Not doing anything is the fail.

Yes, perfectionism is terrible, because no one can be perfect. There's a big success rate with therapy so I suggest putting your focus on getting better. Plus, taking action increases self esteem! BTW, you won't know how you did until you get your grades, so stop projecting.

I know what you mean ~ damn perfectionism bites us in the arse every time, doesn't it?! Are you in college? It's possible for you to talk with your professors/teachers and ask if you may re-take those tests in X amount of time, once you've re-gained a healthy state of mind.

Of course, I don't know why you feel that you did so poorly. It's quite possible that you did better than you think that you did. {I've had that happen too.} But, if you have a physical cause & you know that your mind was simple blank, be sure to talk with the professors! It isn't easy to talk about some issues. But professors are a lot more understanding than we usually assume that they are, and they're more than willing to work with us when we're having problems.

So, feel free to give it a try. Take care...
