I remember last year I was in crisis and I was under my crisis team and they would visit me almost every day, The advice they gave me I laugh at it now but at the time I was annoyed with them, They would say to me "Make a cup of tea if and when you feel yourself feeling low" as if this is going to cure me in the middle of a crisis Lol, I do this every day anyway.
On another note I so dislike people saying to me "Cheer up" I feel like giving them a slap ![]() |

Oh my gosh yes. These people make me so angry, I normally just lash out and say I don't need 'fixing' it's like they're making me out to be inferior to them. My partner has done it a bit lately which equals me just being angry at him.
I know I'm messed up, and people that just think oh be positive, get a good sleep pattern, get a job etc.. They have no freaking idea. |
