Thank you, BrokenNBeautiful! That was thoughtful, and I'm sure many of us needed it today (I know I did)!

And nevergoodenough, you do. We all do. We are people who have volatile, unpredictable, and sensitive emotions. We can't always depend on others to be good to us (bpd or no bpd), and we can't always count on ourselves to recognize or accept it if they are...so being good to ourselves, even if it's only little things, or only when we can manage it, is something we deserve, just like everyone else.

(Not that I'm so great at taking my own advice, but it's true! )

Thanks for this!

I have felt that way. That is why I did this. Sometimes we need help with that good feeling.

It's so hard to give it to ourselves.

Sending us all

another one.

Hope we all feel better.

We all deserve it.

BPD hurts---not just our loved ones---but US TOO.
