I don't think S4 meant "veteran" in the sense of a literal veteran on PC. I think he just meant people who have been here for a while. When the thread was started, all of the threads were from the "new guys" and it was just a question of where the people he knew were......or at least thats my take on it.

That's what I was trying to say. You said it better, though.

I came over from Psych Forums, i don't tend to go there much now, i find it all a bit dark and gloomy over there, which is no good if you're already feeling down. I still check in once in a while on PF but i just find PC brighter and more cheerful looking on the eye which makes a big difference for me for some reason.

I don't think i'll ever be mega poster, i post when i feel i've really got some relevant to say, which doesn't seem to be that often.

I guess I had a poor choice of words. We, as BPDs tend to let things we have no control over get to us, me included. All I was attempting to say is that we cannot control how other people act or say towards us, but we can control how we react to them. That is something we ALL need to work on.
Oh no, you didn't say anything wrong...don't worry.

I don't know what Psych Forums is but people keep bringing it up. It is part of Psych Central somehow?

I only joined PC last month, so I do not know where those people are.

I've been here since April of 2009, and used to be "billi_leli"; changed my name.

I also noticed this.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
