Damn allergies! My mum told me I was allergic to chocolate when I was younger. Took me until I was 14 to realise I wasn't! Evil woman lol

I am allergic to fur though :/ doesn't stop me having a cat and dog

I'm not allergic to dogs but I'm allergic to cats dander, which is a bummer because I like cats really. Whenever I go to somebody's house who has more than 1 cat it makes me sick, it was a lot worse when I was a child. After about a year of living with the same cats I'm no longer sickened by them but its really hard on me to live being sick for a whole year just to get used to them. That's why if I ever own cats again its going to be an inside cat and regular checkups with the vet so it doesn't die on me too soon. I'm really saddened by the death of pets, it makes me more upset than the death of relatives.

That's funny about the chocolate, if I eat chocolate I get really hyper, its hard to stop me when I've eaten chocolate, I become supercharged. That's why when I eat it, its only in moderation because caffeine effects my mood and anxiety in a negative way. I think chocolate is the real gateway drug, its the easiest accessible drug by children

Yeah same here, it's the dander! Luckily my two are Cavapoo's so, like the poodle in them, they don't shed a lot of hair of dander too often. I must say, I haven't had an attack (sneezing fit) for a good couple of months so maybe I am getting used to them too

That's good you're getting used to them, I know what you mean by not being able to breathe, I usually end up wheezing and sneezing when I'm still getting used to new kitties. They should still have some years left on them, with regular checkups with a vet they should last at least for another decade.

My mom used to have a little black Cavapoo when I was younger, I prefer Straffordshire or American "Pit Bull" Terriers these days, they are the sweetest things. That's good you're getting used to them as well. I said it once before and I'll say it again, allergies suck.
