Good morning People. Just thought I'd wish everyone a good week and hope you all hang in there, find some peace and enjoyment in life and overall happiness as best you can.

Today is a good day. In spite of challenges ahead, I know that things are getting better. I hang onto that hope everyday, it's what gets me through..

I guess I could post this on the check in thread but tbh I'm not sure anyone does much more than scan that thread anymore

10am here, Good Morning!
Always good to read positive threads. Weaning fast off of one med and starting another, it might not be a great week but it should at least be very interesting *grins*

Embrace the interestingness of it! welcome it as a challenge not a negative factor. If you know it's going to be full of things to overcome, make it a game to see how well you can handle it in spite of your normal reaction!
Thanks for this!

My normal reaction is panic, so knowing that already, I will see how well I can handle it regardless. If I already know that panic is there, I can (hopefully) disregard it and let it go, and just ride the waves. hmmm... very good advice. thnks!

Find an outlet for your anxiety/panic. Sometimes if I am able to catch the onslaught of emotions I can offset it by doing something that is equal to my mood -- examples can be a fast paced game, or very energetic music..
Thanks for this!

well inworldz.com is the virtual world I hide in (where most of those pictures are from in my gallery) and when going into the virtual world, whether it be Second Life, OpenSim, Kitely, Inworldz or the multitude of other virtual worlds it is termed going 'in world'. Dorky, yes.

Not really dorky. geeky maybe which is fine. Been there, done that, bought the tshirt. Mine was ActiveWorlds way back in the day. tried SL a couple times, I can't get over the wonky controls.
