Please don't call yourself a piece of crap. Your actions may not be what you wish they were but putting yourself down doesn't do you any good. That does not describe the wonderful, caring side of you. You have great worth. If you messed up, you just get back and start again. Life will go on and we might as well forgive ourselves.

As Gayle and allme said, no use in beating yourself up over mistakes- every human, whether they are BPD or not, will make mistakes. We just feel them more and usually guilt-trip ourselves over them.

What I practice doing is laughing at myself when I mess up; not in a self-deprecating way, but in an honest, light-hearted way.

Hugs a bunches to you, hope you feel better Fuzzy.
