The combination of meds to control symptoms, and DBT and therapy, what what are the best things that WE can do ourselves?
I need suggestions.

I wish I could help More, I'm in counseling and on meds but there's not really any dbt groups around me

We can read books so we are more aware of our problems and that should help at least identify what our issues really are. Work though the DBT workbook on your own. That is all I can come up with right now.
