Just had an incident (what is not important here) and I am not mad, I AM LIVID!!!! In full BPD spinout. Just glad the person I am pissed at is not here right now or I swear I'd take their frigging head off. Not very Christian of me and I am not happy to feel this way. I don't know when I have let the anger rise in me like it has this afternoon. I don't get off work until 5, but I am going to leave a bit early I think. I just can't sit here even one more minute.

Take deep breaths! Can you maybe go outside for a walk? Is there someone you can call and have a rant with?

Yes, taking off a little early might be a good idea as it is hard to concentrate on work when in such state. Taking walk sounds good or maybe a nap or at lay down and rest. Do something soothing a bath or read a book write in journal about how you feeling. Best wishes.

Perhaps bring some self soothing things to work with you in case it happens again? I'm sorry you had so much anger, I know how difficult it can be to control in the moment. I hope you are feeling a little better now
