Is there a "CTRL + Z" for everything I posted?

I understand you completely, Duende.. There have been many times I have regretted posting on here, because nobody responds.. It's worse when you see people have looked... But all I wanted was for someone to care... All I wanted was to matter to somebody... But nobody responds, and I feel like a worthless POS who doesn't deserve to say what I feel...

I understand that it's something you are working on, and for both the knowledge that it is something to be worked on and the intent to do so, I give you Kudos... I also know that it is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do, because it is a constant day in and day out battle... We are here for you.. We love you.. We care about you... And we understand that when you feel like we aren't there, or when we just aren't able to respond, that you are going to have trouble handling it.. And that's okay...

I have found that many times one person on here is having a bad day, many others are too, which leads to more bad days... I also know that when I am not in a good place emotionally, I won't comment on the more sensitive posts, because I don't want to say something stupid and trigger the person who has already been pushed enough.. I wonder if there aren't other people who do the same thing.. We are here to build each other up, not tear each other down, and each and every one of us knows that....

But if you need us here, just post.... It's really hard when there is no one online, I know, but the one thing I always hold on to is that someone will always be on again... And I have yet to be wrong on that... Whenever I post really needy threads, I get very paranoid, but then I get showered with love... The same is happening to you here... But none of us minds that you're a little needy, because we all are too... We love you and care about you and want you to remember that as best as you can, even in those bpd moments... WE ARE HERE!!!

I think, even in the moment, you care.... I think, even in the moment, you empathize... I think, even in the moment, you listen... I think, even in the moment, there is WAAAAY more to you than your disorder... I think, even in the moment, where you feel at your absolute worst, that you are an incredible person that is well worth knowing and caring about

I often look but don't respond to assorted posts by assorted people because I don't feel like I know the right thing to say or because I don't want to be looked at as a "know it all."

there are also times where I need to think about what I am going to post. My brain can be really foggy at times and I need processing time before posting.
