That's how I feel. It won't go away. I don't know why it started. I guess I had a bit more to do the last week or so. Helped set up for Mass & helped with Mass, felt obliged to visit an elderly lady, have to visit my cousin, Church again today, Cantor on New Year's Eve, will have to go to Nancy's when she calls, feel like I should be helping Julie. Yup, that's like a million times more social interaction than I can take. Oh, how I hate it. I'm trying my best to do things that calm me, but they're not helping. If I can just make it through to the second of January, I can see my therapist.
How are you doing? This can be a really hard time of the year for us. to all.

I used to feel this way a few years ago... the only thing that helped me was to sleep. I don't know what else to say except that this too will pass. Stay strong, I know you can make it!
