After 15 years of marriage, you would think I was capable of going to pick up my husband's order correctly. Uh, no. He loses it on me. I asked for it 3 times to make sure they would get it correct. Didn't check it before coming home. Happens every time. It's like I am jinxed. It makes me feel like he hates me. I have had an okay day. This killed it. Ruined everything. I can't seem to do anything right. I get so mad at myself. I know his anger is fueled by my endless crap. I hate feeling this way.

Woah Chaotic!! Do you think part of the reason you got/get the order wrong is stress/anxiety. If like you said he "loses it" on you, there's "anger" there, then that's got to make you feel under pressure/more likely to forget!!
Maybe look a little closer at him and the relationship?? Maybe there's problems you have yourself, but if that's the case they certainly aren't goig to be helped by his attitude. Perhaps worth talking to him about how the relationship could be improved?? Here if you want to talk a bit more about your situation........ Alison |

I'm sorry your day is ruined. I've been there many times also. It sounds like me and my husband.

Our relationship is a rollercoaster to say the very least. I appreciate both of your replies. I am slowly starting find my voice here. I know I have high anxiety. I over think everything and I have lost the battle before I even begin sometimes. sigh. On another note, today is ok. We are getting along, no bad thoughts in my head, and I didn't even have an "episode" this morning. It's the little things, right?
