I wasn't sure where to post this...so I just picked my illness forum. Anyway, after a couple bouts with panic attacks and an episode of SI last night, my therapist sent me to the hospital. I've been here all day but now about to finally go up to the unit. I hope this helps. I need something to help. Just send good vibes please. See you all in a couple days. Everyone else that I've talked to this week that's been having a tough time..hang in there!

Well I'm out and it was definitely the most dramatic inpatient treatment I've been to. Everything with me health wise is much better and I now have meds for anxiety. A couple incidents happened like another patient sneaking into my room and stealing my stuff (got it back) and another patient got tazed so besides that, just another stay in the BHU. Thank you all for all of your love, I really felt the support while I was in there
