So I got discharged from a psych ward last week and now I'm at home the whole time. See I wasn't ready to be discharged but u turned 18 so I had to.
I'm at home now and I literally do nothing. I just sit on my couch, only getting up for food or the bathroom. It makes it so hard for me to control my thoughts but I have no motivation to get up and do something. It takes hours for me to get out of bed and when I do it's just to go down stairs and lie on the couch. I've just been sitting here.... |

I have the same "energy" issues as you mentioned. And as impossible as it feels/sounds - you have to make yourself get up. Go for a long walk (1/2 hour or more).
If you stay idle, your brain just keeps re-triggering your depression. Good luck. |

does sound like depression, you deff need to make yourself do something active every day. Make a list of activities that you enjoy or used to enjoy and pick something off the list to do every day for at least an hour.
