So exhausted. I can't take the craziness in my head. I want so badly to just feel numb

Amen...i'd rather just be unplugged for a bit then have to deal with this nightmare to whatever degree all.the.time.

Find something safe taht you can do as a distraction and relief from the thoughts. For me gaming takes my mind off everything and some really good movies, doing art, listening to certain types of music.

Overwhelm comes with ruminating about situations you cannot fix at the moment. You just need to find a safe coping mechanism to get through it.

I emphasize safe because I know there are less than ideal coping mechanisms that people use.
