I feel like a failure. I tried to make the right choices this long ***** weekend but overall I would venture to say that I thought about my T 75% of the weekend. Now the next station is approaching. I've been on this ride before.
 The next station is full of self-destructive things. This time I have several road blocks in my way. The first is that I am married so I don't live a alone anymore. When I was alone... Oh boy! The next is that I have a job, though I have gone IP for a week while here. That was several years ago. The third reason is I don't have the money to eff around. Still it's calling me.

Hey y'all.
 Thanks for all the lovely comments. Today was totally better because I went to work and was busy enough to stay in the present. Also I had the anxiety med that my T prescribed last week. I am only taking half and as needed, which means really needed for me. I also had a couple nice and honest chats with a couple friends. I hope your day was just as nice.

What a difference a day can make. Your whole tone is refreshed. Do you think a healthy weekend activity could help?

Yeah totally what I was thinking today. When I was in this place before, but worse says my T, I took an adult ed class for fun and that was great. I just need to find out if there's anything I can do on a the weekend.
