I am feeling really good about my DBT sessions and about the whole theory. I hope you all get the chance to work it through. Don't give up. Some things just might not be a good fit for you, but overall I think it's an opportunity not to be missed.
I will be finished all 4 modules by Christmas. I really don't know what happens then. Must ask my therapist. ![]() |

I have tried it for 2 years. I was hoping it would help get a better life. It did not. Now I just keep using DT all day everyday this is not a life worth living. It has been 2 years -doing homework practicing skills - nothing. IT is just too late to get any REAL money making nice career goals reached. I will retire very poor. I have 3 non-money making get out of poverty college degrees. Works for some but NOT all people.
