Sorry they have let you down again! I really think it's time to make that complaint if you haven't already. They can't keep messing you around like this, it's not fair.

This is awful!! It's hard enough making yourself heard without having people who aren't even going to listen... I hate that this is happening to you...
Secret is right, you need to make a complaint, make sure you note dates and times!
Good luck.

How are you feeling now?

thank you guys , i am still seriously wound up , right now i want to tell the cmht to go f*** themselves, really dont want anything more to do with them. I have sent an email to pals today but nothing else. might speak to my gp on thursday as she is very good an knows me fairly well. i am worried that even complaining will get put down to bpd,

Unfortunately complaining and making as much of a nuisance of yourself as possible is the only real way forward. I agree that it's hard for already sick people - especially as the British are very proud and don't like having to repeatedly ask for help but with the strain on services at the moment it's the survival of the naggiest. PALS are usually who deal with scheduling conflicts etc but i would go one step further and phone the head office of your CMHT, they'll have a manager who's in charge of the people in your team. Speak to them on the phone and then ask if you can write to them with a list of incidences you're concerned about. They will then take charge in coordinating better treatment. It's how i've got a new psychiatrist and an appointment on the 26th. You might want to look in to advocacy in the future - someone can come along to appointments with you and make sure you're not fobbed off. I know this is a lot of extra work you shouldn't have to be doing but its the only way you're going to get change i'm afraid. I'm sorry they've done this but now's the time to hold them accountable. Good luck - we're here to support you
Thanks for this!
