I wonder often if all people have a purpose, if all lives make enough of a difference to have any meaning.
I'm always so empty. I think that's worse than the panic, fear and sadness. Feeling as if you're not a part of a bigger picture, that the ache of emptiness is never ending, that you are totally insignificant and always will be. Nobody.

Feeling "empty" is a common word we use. It's a horrible feeling and comes from deep within. It makes us question our values and our purpose.

A sense of not belonging is a typical schema too.

Do you see a T to address these issues?

I'm currently trying to work on mine.

I have tried to work it out with therapy, but the feeling is not rational therefore it remains a broken piece of myself that is beyond repair. I suppose I'll make peace with it when it's time.

Don't worry too much about it "being beyond repair" right now.

Take it easy. Small steps forward.

It made me feel better, when I realized that life has no purpose and that's why we can't fail in it. So don't worry
