Up early and out for a short walk. Breakfast then in for a swim.
Just keep moving and maybe the demon won't catch me.

Jean, sorry you are anxious about your surroundings. Exercise, good food and company at Psych Central help me also.

Exercise is good, it helps clear the mind.

How are you now?
Thanks for this!

Thanks. I am just okay, I guess. I'm so frustrated with not being able to take pleasure and/or satisfaction in anything. I just jump from one thing to another to try to keep the anxiety at bay.

And I'm nauseated all the time. I take Gravol every day so that I can eat. Tests have shown nothing organic wrong. How do I get treatment for/how do I treat nausea caused by my nerves?

I'm just so tired of it all. Sorry. Thanks.
