I don't get it. I was just in the hospital for like 4 days and I feel back to the way I was except the fact that I don't feel so paranoid anymore at home. I haven't gotten out of the house yet, however. But I feel like I keep buying things to try and fill this void in my life and once I get the thing I buy, it's like it doesn't fill that void and then I just get even sadder. I'm tired all the time and I suppose I could just sleep my days off, but I'd also like to do stuff again. You know? I want to be human again. Not like this... not life like this.

'Hello ShantheArtist23: I'm sorry to read of your struggles. I was particularly struck by your comment about buying things to try to fill the void. I'm an older person now. And, as I look back on my life, I shudder to think of all the money I wasted on stuff that I bought to try to fill the void in my life... thousands & thousands of dollars! What a waste! The fact that you are aware of what you are doing is a good sign. Hopefully you'll be able to avoid just continuing to do this over-&-over again like I did. My best wishes to you...

I'm having the same trouble. Buying stuff doesn't help the emptiness. I've tried filling it with things only to make me more depressed when I see the money I've spent.

Yeah... I actually counter act the emptiness by selling the stuff I bought for cash. Then it gets a little better and I'm not considered a hoarder, lol.
