Hi smiley girl. I know depression is tough. For me I have to start the day with exercise like yoga just to get out of bed. It gives me energy and feeling better. If you are okayed by your doc for exercise, check out this intro

Step one, get out of bed.
Sounds hard, right? Take baby steps. You might end of back in bed, but say, "I'm going to do the dishes" and then do them. If you end up back in bed, make yourself run to the store or go for a walk. Do the best you can to fight these impulses. Change doesn't happen unless sometimes changes. What could you change in your life?
