I'm so tired of good friends leaving, and it's not from anything I've done .. It's just "life" and I'm tired of it lost and .... pointless ranting (wish I could disappear )

I know the feeling. It's awful and I can never stop thinking about the friends I've lost and how I came to lose them.

I'm the opposit, I keep friends at a distance until they give up. I just think I'm not good enough for them or that they won't like me when they get to know me . I end up alone, my own fault. Sad hugs

I'm so sorry. I know it's really hard to cope with. I'm at the point now that I don't even want to care about people anymore because it always ends, and it always brings pain.

Here is a way to deal with bad feelings. Go to the grocery store buy some root vegetables butternut squash potatoes parsnips go to library find a stew recipe peel and chop mindfully. Does wonders for getting emotions under control.
