Decision making, people watching what I'm doing, and loud noises.

People trigger. Just people. I have unbridled anger toward everything and I take it out on humans. I do love plants though.

My boyfriend. It seems the majority of the time I get triggered when speaking with him. He never does anything wrong, it just seems that a lot of what he does and says will trigger me, even if its not a big thing. He's not the problem, obviously; it's me.

For me, one seems to be people. I'm not sure why, but even someone breathing can be enough to set me off.

Some others are loud noises, imperfections, and disbelief.

I'm sure I have more triggers than I realize, but can't really name one. I've been sitting here trying to think about one. I get triggered if my wife doesn't have my back in an argument with someone else. I get triggered if something around the house wasn't done; or if people don't take me seriously.

Yelling, rejection (or perceived rejection), people nitpicking, sarcastic or pointed comments towards me, feeling someone is trying to control something about me....all of these are my triggers

Feeling like I'm being made fun of or being laughed at. Being ignored or shut out of something. Being forgotten about or left behind.

The way people treat others (no compassion, no tolerance, no sensitivity, no mercy, no respect)
