So since I was ten I was daignose with OCD, recently and only since last year I been daignose with BPD.

I been going to therapy for a year now.
Individual therapy as well i started a DBT group therapy that only last for 14 weeks. Im already into week 11.

I haven't had much inprovement only small things.
Such as I am able to bounce back up quicker than I use to when I was upset.
But now my suicidal thoughts and unskillful behaviour are more intense .
Im not sure if this is because my therapist is leaving public health system and going to a different place.
Its been quite stressful because them getting hold of my psycharaist has been a hit and miss.
Im really really afarid I just lose them as a therapist and I be shove with another therapist and start all over agin with them gaining my trust etc.
My therapist as well there superadvisor agree I should go with my therapist but all we need to know is it ok to stay in the public health system as well as see my therapist outside of public health system .

That's good though Not being crippled by a negative emotion, is good.

Why do you think your suicidal thoughts are more intense? And what do you mean by "unskillful behaviour"? (Like social skills?)

Do you have any new news on what will happen with your therapist?

In DBT they use the word unskillful behaviour as meaning self harm. They do that so it doesn't trigger other people.
I believe it was more intense because of the abandonment issues and is my therpaist going or not kinda thing.
