I will no longer censor everything that comes out of my mouth to avoid offending the offenders. This also means I probably won’t delete my posts often.

When I have deleted my posts, it’s not because I’ve said anything “nasty” but because I’ve felt vulnerable sharing my feelings.

The parental units, “therapists” and some others . Were very “competent” at hurting me and were very “committed” to trying to silence me and shut me down, and to make me feel alone

If people don’t like me or my posts or what I say in real life they are MOST welcome not to engage me.

I send love to all

(Not about anyone on pc)

PS why all the stigma about BPD? Most I’ve known who might have BPD - or in my case and others CPTSD are good, loving beings.

I’m not sure exactly what the difference is, I don’t read much of the “literature” these days as some of it makes me feel sick

Good for you! I support you in this. I will try to do the same. It’s exhausting worrying about what other people think and censoring myself.

From what I’ve read, people with BPD have perfectly nice and often charming and enjoyable personalities - but don’t believe they do. I think I fit the “quiet” BPD profile and I’m working hard to be aware and overcome this. It comes from lack of security in childhood. No censor

Dear Sweet Fuzzy, I feel as you do, and when I post on here if I think it might trigger, I put a warning, but we can't know everything that might trigger someone else. So when I do get a comment that some thing I said has triggered someone else I let that person know I am sorry for this, but I don't take down my post. There is that saying, that you can't please everyone (on here, or in real life).

A saw a sign for sale with a saying I liked, “A well behaved woman never made history.” If you speak your mind to dispel stigma about BPD, it will help bring it to a more positive light.

Good on you Fuzzy. :3 Glad to see a bit of confidence inside that bear.

As for the stigma, well this disorder is just really hard to deal with for both the people who have it and the people who love us... We're not always the best at showing our love in an appropriate way either. I'm a great example of that. But that doesn't mean we're bad, no ma'am!

Speaking my mind .. yes...

I don’t know why some people seem to enjoy hurling stones at fuzzy bear.

Well done, your intent to hurt me “succeeded”

(Not about anyone on pc or online person)

I’ve probably always been atypical

But yeah I think I know what you mean. And we are certainly not “bad” - that is complete Bull Shyt
