I give up trying to find a DBT group & therapist, so I heard DBT groups are like a class so you can learn the same thing by reading a book. Any recommendations? I might buy:

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook: Practical DBT Exercises for Learning Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and ... (A New Harbinger Self-Help Workbook)

If this is the one by McKay, Wood, and Brantley I highly recommend it. I used their earlier version and found it very helpful.

Thanks for this post. I think DBT can be helpful for any dx (not only for ''bpd'')
