I have been slowly restricting and vomiting more and more lately. It is very insidious and I don't know how to tell my therapist.

I totally understand because I also feel like I have slowly been slipping back into my old habits again. It's so difficult, you do well for a while and then a bad day can so easily set you back But I suppose that your therapist is there too help you through the difficult periods and set backs and he/ she will not judge you so it is worth telling him about your concerns. Your post made me realize that I need to do the same! Stay strong.

I completely understand how you feel but it's very important for them to know so they can help you in the best way possible. You could maybe write down your feelings/fears and give it to your therapist if you feel that would be easier.

Good luck.
