I'm going to say I'm bulimic because that was what I was labelled as. I haven't purged in a few months but lately I've been starving myself. I'm fifteen and food controls my life. I feel so guilty because I just ate, I really didn't want to eat. I kind of just want to go throw it up, I just don't know how to handle this.

I am going to give you some tough love here- seek help now. You know how crappy you feel about yourself? imagine feeling like this everyday for the next 20 years. That is the the truth about eating disorders. I bet there are many women here who wish they could go back to their teen years and never start this madness. You are fifteen and have a full, rich life ahead of you. Don't fall into the skinny trap, please get the help you deserve.

I starved myself being slightly older than you are and normal weight. Now I cannot shed excess weight and my endocrinologist says that part of the reason is that starvation, back then. When your body goes through starvation, be it famine or self-starvation, it would later hold on to every calorie, making it really, really hard to lose weight. The bottom line? If you want to be skinny, you should immediately start eating normally and never go back to starving yourself again. If you cannot eat normally by yourself, you need immediate professional attention.

By the sound of it, you definitely need to seek professional help. You are only 15 so getting treated now could help you so much in the future. Not only will this eating disorder destroy you mentally but it will cause you unrepairable damage physically. Please get some help.
