what did you do today for your inner child?

I dug out a poem I wrote years ago about a cat. it took a while to find it, but was fun to read it again

I still don't have a baby doll

I planned to have an easter egg hunt at easter and to read an easter story

sorted out some easter chocolate for sunday so I can do my own easter hunt

with myself

woohoh. hiding my own egs just to go find them again

can't wait..

may have hid the eggs, then directly found them again, but still fun..

and ate 1 egg too!

I had some fresh fruit..

I learned a new song.... something about a little robbin red breast being chased by a ***** cat

but I don't remember it. blah

I have found another story I used to like as a child on youtube.

I've been watching baby club, and taking my cup for walkies

yep... put a picture of a doggy on it's side and taken it for walkies!. why not!

today I sang " the getting dressed song" along with my stuffy bear

for those that don't know, the getting dressed song is where you sing about putting on diffrent items of clothing to the tune of " the farmer's in the den". I was all ready dressed, but it's just a fun song to sing!

oh: and I said sockies in sted of socks!

pretended it's christmas and said ho ho ho to no one in particular

and made a big long list of words I could think of that were to do with christmas

did some colouring this evening after dinner..

I did a brown horsey, a purple man, a pink woman and a red christmas tree

I had some pepermint tea.

today I had a hurty tummy, so..

I watched baby club.

today's theme was shopping.. and they sang a new nursery ryme I don't know.. we're going to the shops

bit of a boring episode today, focussed on the color blue

which is how I feel every day of my life. soooooo

finished off the series of baby club, played with bubble wrap and blew some baloons up for fun.

I really want to read all the horrid henry books

so that's my next project

or at least youtube some... last night I listened to horrid henry's bath time

said the cat goes woof and the dog goes meow!

I'm making a "baby box"
which is exactly what it says on the tin.. it is a box of stuff that babies use. I'm going to have a baby mobile, a little blanket, a hat, a passifier, a little outfit, all these kind of things... maybe it's easier than getting the doll

and I can still have those comforting things around me

I put round and round the garden on my computer

it's in my music now so I don't need to youtube

been trying to make up a story for my baby box
but not really going anywhere... I'm not creative

wrote a story about a baby girl getting ready for bed which I hope is going in to my baby box

my only issue now is that I want to be treated like the baby in the story

I just finished watching an episode of old jack's boat

it was good..

and it's now official

this time next friday I will have a baby box!

yesterday I watched old jack's boat and ticked off another day to my baby box

6 days now..
