what did you do today for your inner child?

I went to reclaim my inner children, and brought them home to live with me.

Meaning, I completed the first phase of the John Bradshaw inner child process (Homecoming). Cried buckets.


As recommended in the program, I'm planning a homecoming party for this weekend hosted by my teenage self. It will be me, and my kitties, and one friend who is aware of the process.

In the meanwhile I'm watching Magnum PI episodes. Tom Selleck was my teenage crush

I'm really going to try to update my care quiz tomorrow

it's been a while, but I've had no inspiration for new questions

and, I think I need to stop calling it a care quiz. it's a child's general knolledge quiz with some care questions thrown in

licked mcdonalds ketchup off my fingers. yum

I think that was better than the actual mcdonalds

nothing yet (and that's fairly sad)

but hoping to watch some cartoons at dinnertime

I watched 4 episodes of peppa pig back to back

also had fun dipping my fingers in ketchup and licking them

starting tomorrow, one of the kids channels here is devoting an entire month to peppa pig

I will be sure to make the most of it, too. lots of piggy coming up..

I listened to the lion king soundtrack and sung all the songs.

Well I saw crayons and a picture to color at a restaurant. It was not for adults but in my mind's eye my inner child enjoyed the coloring!
