I played some music in the middle of the day and sent a text to my partner telling him I missed him. This is important for me since I feel like when I was a young child, I felt much safer expressing my emotions
Now that I'm off work, I think I might spend some time reading a novel, listening to joyful music, and writing more in my journal |

oh, well what I've been doing is making up a song about going in a diaper

I got another baby dolly
this one says mama, dada, and cries when you squeeze her tummy she's cute. I've named her ophelia after shakespeare (I just pressed her tummy and she laughed. awwww!) |

It was 2 days ago, but I found a very cool paintable little puppet/ figure at the Dollar Store, and am excited to get going on it.
I haven't done anything crafty or artistic in a while. It's going to be interesting to see how this goes. |
