Got my results from all the tests- Age-related changed, chronic stress and inflamation-no nerve DAMAGE. NO SURGICAL options- great I don't need surgery there! What are my treatment options- list- ALREADY did ENTIRE list over past TWO years- STILL have pain- chronic, therefore nothing more to do except anti-inflammitories and REST- Already take max dose IB daily, tried naproxen, gabapentin, and can't remember everything else- it either didn't work or I am allergic to it!

Every time I go through this process I get, sorry we can't fix anything, you just have to live with the pain- isn't ANYONE out there looking for answers to this issue- I'm not a complainer but I do speak my mind- ACCEPTING that I will only continue to lose function and need MORE pain medication for the rest of my life is NOT a treatment option I am going to take!!!

Disability is not a label I will accept- I have disabilities, I do my best to function, but I don't JUST want to function- I want to improve!

OH- losing weight might help- great now tell me an exercise that I can do lying in BED! IN PAIN!

My mood is UP because with my new computer I can change my mood. My mood is on the down side for sure!
