So, I just feel like getting this out because I know my family is sick of me complaining about being in pain. I suffer from frequent debilatating migranes caused by flares of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I am only 21, I cant imagine when I am older because I am my docters youngest patient, and its not going away anytime soon, it will only get worse. People dont get that RA can be really painful and its not just a bad case of regular arthritis. I have it really bad in my back, where I also have arthritis of one of my lower back joints and muscle damage from getting hit by a jetski when I was younger. I am always in pain from something or another, wether it be the arthritic flare, a migrane, or the ulcer my medication is starting to give me, or the constant headache from a different medication. I feel like I complain but some people jsut dont understand.

What do you want from your complaining? Can you journal about it or start a blog/web site for fellow sufferers? The headaches sound hard to deal with; I would see if I could distract myself from the pain on the one hand and maybe do some physical exercises and meditation sorts of exercises for stress relief on the other. Are you in college or anything? Have any good hobbies that can distract you from the pain a bit?
