As if having fibro and CFS didn't cause me enough fatigue I have bronchitis and a raging sinus infection which has triggered my asthma.

Saw my primary care doc today. I metioned I'm completely exhausted.

Her response?

Wait for it....

take a multivitamin!!!!!!

There you go folks! All we need to do is take a multivitamin and we'll be all better!!!

Ha! I already take one! Sometimes I wonder about primary-care docs, but I feel I should have someone who oversees things.

Please let me know if you find something that does work with tiredness!

And I sure hope you do feel better very soon!

The irony is that I already take a multivitamin too!

The primary care also gave me new 'scripts for my asthma meds and a decongestant. Now that I can breath again I'm feeling better. Actually had enough energy to do some yard work yesterday. Amazing what being able to breath can do for someone!
