I'll ask a very odd question that I hope doesn't upset people who are in really bad pain.

I have sensations in my body most of the time, like burning, sort of stretching, pulling (like someone is actually trying to rip my muscles in half), cramping, wringing sensations. I've always told myself it feels odd, and it bothered me but I felt I shouldn't whine. Because it's "nothing". Then I started thinking that maybe this is a type of pain and I'm just too stupid to realize? It really does feel bad.

Idk why your question would upset anyone. It does sound like a type of pain. My favorite T helped me with body pain. This is the weird thing he had me do:relax and focus on body part that hurt, and at same time focus on a body part that doesnt hurt ie my right pinky. Then feel any feelings that come up and know that they are ok. I never got to the feelings though. It was super interesting the pain
Would keep jumping each time i did it to a different part of my body. One day it kept doing this until it dissapeared. Hope this helps. Peace. Hugs if that's ok.
