Well, my back is out again

Tried a walk over to drugstore across the street to get advil. I can barely walk. Someone is going to have to help me to the doctor tomorrow. Im in alot of pain. Im trying 4 tylenol extra strength and 3 extra strength advil liquijels.

Doctor approved me up to 4000 mg of tylenol a day once in a while and up to 1200 mg of advil a day. Im at my max now and still severe headache and severe pain. Thought about going to the emergency but its not really an emergency, im just in a lot of pain. I guess I just have to wait it out until tomorrow. I wish I could curl up and fall asleep and avoid it, but lo and behold im a chronic insomniac too.

What el.... no, i am not going to say it. *knocks on wood*

I no longer put off going to the ER... or the doctor if it is day...for a shot of toredol. It's a cortizone derivative (steroid as such) and helps me immensely when a pain flare ensues... beyond my capacity for demerol...

no reason to suffer...please talk to your doctor about what to do in flares

Thanks for replying. Im trying everything tonight. I think I can make it through the night without too much trouble, I think ill just take an extra clonazepam and sleep thrugh most of it.

Toredol is a dream come true, isint it? they gave me pills but the doc said its hell on the tummy and I was warned not to take it any more than four times a day for no more than five days in a row. Ive been out for a while now and that just reminded me to get a refill. I think I am going to ask to be referred to the pain clinic this time as well. This is getting pretty chronic as of late.
