I usually only lurk on these forums as I frequently feel too poorly to actually sit at the computer for any length of time. But since this summer marks an anniversary of sorts for me - 25 years as a chronic pain sufferer/patient/whatever you want to call it - I thought I would say "Hi!" to all of you. Hope you had a great day, and be well!

I'm not doing too bad today. Anxiety is low and depression is moderate.

Not great. Pains been significantly worse lately. Leading to depression/anxiety getting way bad
