I have fibromyalgia and I'm on cymbalta. I started with the lowest dose of 30 mg back in may and slowly worked my way up to 120 mg as of a few weeks ago.

I'm finding that it is helping the pain. I did not notice until I got up to 90 mg and I feel more since I went up to 120 mg.

It's not taking it all away but it is helping.

For those who don't suffer side effects, I hear it works well for pain. I hope you have good results with it.

I had nausea on 20 mg. That's the lowest they come.

Just to close this out, it made me nauseous too and sleepy and didn't do anything for pain.
went back to tramadol and that works fine.
