Hey Ladies.. Sorry I haven't been around here lately, Took me time to recover from TIA . My home base forum ( Bipolar) is so freaking weird and I feel very disconnected. Numerous Cliques have taken over.. Meh I hope it gets better?

Is everyone ready for the Holidays? It will just be Steve and I. I hate not seeing my daughter but we can facetime so that helps alot..

Hope everyone is doing okay and pain is easing , Wouldnt that be the greatest gift to have less pain???

Love and hugs

had a stomach ache since yesterday afternoon.

still ate my dinner though.

fibro was bad today. ow. I really need to find an easier way to dress myself, and I never thought I'd use those words in a sentence, but I do now

Been thinkin' 'boutcha extra special @~Christina ...

Always good to see you when you can!

That TIA threw you pfor an extra loop and I'm just thankful you're still with us!

Hope you have a Very Merry Christmas in spite of all the Covid complications and whatnot.

And hopefully by this time next year that virus will be tamed enough we can spend more time with the ones we love!

Moderate level of physical pain today. Higher than normal emotional pain today. Using heat to help treat the physical pain. Maybe will take some Ibuprofen later to help with the inflammation in my shoulder.

Oh ladies, I missed you so much the last couple of days. Shortly after the switch to the new site there was a SNAFU that left my account suspended. I was coming apart at the seams. Due to a whole lot of shyte I'm an emotional mess. No way to come here and get support about put me over the edge. I'm a bit better today. Regaining access to the forums helped some. Telling myself to get a grip helped a bit too. I'm still rocky, but hanging on.
