DocJohn, I just came from several frustration minutes of trying to rate a therapist ... I tried using both s/ns (actual one and display one) and registered with the "site" to be able to rate... and it still won't take my information for rating. My password is the same... double checked all that... wondering if this is just a glitch for me, or if there's a problem with the site. I'll try again (after the thunderstorm...maybe I'm too hyper right now?)

Also, could there be added a place for the therapist's address and maybe notifying them of the addition/rating so they can verify their information and such? Just a thought.

I believe (but I could be wrong) that site is not affliated with John at all. It is its own separate site.

I do see your name on the site as a new member. I wonder if it send you a confirmation email that you have to respond to before you sign up?

Thanks... it was dumped into my suspect spam box.. however, even though I did that.. it still won't accept my s/n and password (says they don't match.)

Nothing works.
I registered and received the email and clicked on the link and noted the # given.

I tried with my current s/n and password here.
I tried with my old s/n and password here. (the way registered?)
I tried with my current s/n and the # on email registration
I tried with my old s/n and the #.

I tried leaving the site and going back into it.
I tried it by clicking on the submit button and by just hitting enter

sigh What am I doing wrong???

What you s/n is here doesn't matter. It is a separate site. If you can't get it to work, sign up again or have them send you your password.
